HOW TO ORDER ONLINE?

Step 1 - Order

Send your order details to +673 898 9299 / 715 3999 or email to admin@rizaprinting.com

Including : Code, Quantity, Size (refer to Sizing guide), Type of collar, Type of sleeve & other details.

Step 2 - Payment

We will acknowledge and confirm you with your order before taking payment. Once confirmed, proof of payment is required to proceed with your order. Booking number & date of collection will then be given.

  • Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box. Please use a street address when placing an order to avoid delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind or unhappy with your order and you wish to return an item to us, this intention must be expressed within 3 days of receiving your order, either via a telephone conversation with our sales manager (Call / Message to +673 715 3999 (Izzati Haris) or an email to izzati@rizaprinting.com. If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we may offer you an exchange or refund provided that the merchandise:

  • is in salable condition

  • is unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached

  • is faulty

  • is not subject to the exclusions listed below; and

  • the exchange or refund is sought within a reasonable period of time (in most cases a reasonable period of time is deemed to be 3 days from date of purchase or collection)

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we have its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind. In such cases, we may provide you in its absolute discretion, an exchange to the current value of the merchandise.

Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as change of mind returns will not be provided on:
